3. Agricultural Products and Results

Agricultural performance is affected by factors outside our control, including weather, soil conditions, seed quality, crop variety, planting practices, fertility, pest pressure, storage, handling, application accuracy, and other environmental or management conditions.

Any field results, testimonials, research summaries, yield examples, or performance statements represent particular circumstances and do not guarantee the same result for every user, crop, field, or season. 5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or description errors, payment concerns, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud, or legal and regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
